The Board of Directors of Independent Bank, parent of Rockland Trust Company, today announced a $0.57 per share dividend, representing a $0.02 increase from the prior quarter. The dividend will be payable on April 5, 2024, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 1, 2024. "The 4% increase in our dividend is a reflection of the Company's strong capital and long term value creation for our shareholders," stated Jeffrey Tengel, Chief Executive Officer of Independent Bank Corp.

The Ensign Group, the parent company of the EnsignTM group of companies, which invest in and provide skilled nursing and senior living services, physical, occupational and speech therapies, other rehabilitative and healthcare services, and real estate, announced today that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of Ensign common stock, payable on or before April 30, 2024, to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2024.
