Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (A-REIT) is a business space and industrial real estate investment trust. A-REIT has a diversified portfolio of 105 properties in Singapore and two business park properties in China. These properties host a customer base of around 1,410 international and local companies from a range of industries and activities, including research and development, life sciences, information technology, engineering, light manufacturing, logistics service providers, electronics, telecommunications, manufacturing services and back-room support office in service industries. A-REIT operates in five segments: Business and Science Park Properties; Integrated Development, Amenities and Retail (IDAR) Properties; High-Specifications Industrial Properties and Data Centers; Light Industrial Properties and Flatted Factories, and Logistics and Distribution Centers. Its geographical segments include Singapore and China. It is managed by Ascendas Funds Management (S) Limited (AFM).
