Agent compensation rates

1. Agent remuneration for IB settlement method consists of remuneration from trades of acquired clients:

1.1 MT5 Global

• Currency pairs – 0.5 points (pips)

  Remuneration can be increased in accordance with the average monthly turnover and the level of client acquisition.

• Gold (XAUUSD) – 12 USD per lot
• Crypto instruments – 1.50 USD per 100,000 USD of trading volume
• All other instruments – 20% from the Broker’s net remuneration

1.2 MT4 Platform

Account type: Forex & CFDs (Standard)

• Currency pairs - 0.5 points (pips)

  Remuneration can be increased in accordance with average monthly turnover and level of client acquisition.

• Gold (XAUUSD) – 12 USD per lot
• CFD on stocks - 50% of brokerage commission paid by the clients
• CFD on indices – 15 points
• CFD on commodity futures (USOIL) - 0.5 points
• Crypto instruments – 1.50 USD per 100,000 USD of trading volume

Account type: ECN

• Currency pairs, gold, silver - 1 USD per 1 traded lot (from brokerage commission paid by the clients).

Remuneration can be increased in accordance with average monthly turnover and level of client acquisition.

1.3 CQG Platform

All instruments - 0,2 USD per one contract.

2. Agent remuneration when choosing the CPA settlement method is calculated depending on the total net deposit for the month (the amount of funding minus the withdrawal of funds). Top-ups for the MT4, MT5 Global platforms are taken into account. With subsequent top-ups of the brokerage account by the client, the agent receives the difference between different levels of remuneration for the total deposit.

2.1. The table of remuneration for opening and funding an account under the CPA settlement method.

2.2. Agent remuneration is calculated for each client, provided that the commission on the accounts of this client amounted to at least 30% of the amount paid to the agent. The Company reserves the right to transfer the Agent to the “IB” settlement method unilaterally.

2.3. On the CQG platform, Agent remuneration is calculated in accordance with Section 1.4.

3. IB+CPA settlement method is a mixed payout model when an agent receives remuneration using the IB and CPA methods, but these payments are reduced by 50% for each method.

3.1. The table of remunerations for opening and funding an account under the IB+CPA settlement method.

MT4, MT5 Global platforms are taken into account.

3.2. Agent remuneration based on the CPA calculation method is calculated for each client, provided that the commission on the accounts of this client amounted to at least 30% of the payment amount.

3.3. MT5 Global under the IB+CPA settlement method.

• Currency pairs – 0.25 points (pips)

  Remuneration can be increased in accordance with the average monthly turnover and the level of client acquisition.

• Gold (XAUUSD) – 6 USD per lot
• Crypto instruments – 0,75 USD per 100,000 USD of trading volume
• All other instruments – 10% from the Broker’s net remuneration

3.4. MT4 platform under the IB+CPA settlement method

• Currency pairs - 0.25 points (pips)

  Remuneration can be increased in accordance with average monthly turnover and level of client introduction.

• Gold (XAUUSD) – 6 USD per lot
• CFD on stocks - 25% of brokerage commission paid by the clients.
• CFD on indices – 7.5 points
• CFD on commodity futures (USOIL) – 0,25 points
• Crypto instruments – 0,75 USD per 100,000 USD of trading volume

3.5. On the CQG platform, Agent remuneration is calculated in accordance with Section 1.4.

3.6. The Company reserves the right to transfer the Agent to the “IB” settlement method unilaterally.
