Pliant Therapeutics, Inc. is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company. The Company is focused on discovering and developing therapies for the treatment of fibrosis. Its lead product candidate, PLN-74809, is an oral small-molecule, dual-selective inhibitor of av?6 and av?1. The Company’s second clinical-stage product candidate, PLN-1474, is a small-molecule, selective inhibitor of av?1 in development for treatment of liver fibrosis associated with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.
