Its Other Investments segment consists of the hotel at Spring Mews, corporate bonds, shares in Catena AB, Bulgarian Land Development Plc, First Camp Sverige Holding AB and other small corporate investments. It is engaged in repositioning of properties through lease restructuring, refurbishments and developments. Its property portfolio includes approximately 570 tenants in over 115 properties totaling approximately 584,290 square meters.
