U.S. Treasury yields rose sharply on Tuesday as oil prices continued to advance amid the ongoing conflict in Iran.
The yield on the 10-year note BX:TMUBMUSD10Y rose 7 basis points to 4.11% after climbing 9 basis points on Monday, according to FactSet. Meanwhile, the 30-year Treasury yield BX:TMUBMUSD30Y was up 4 basis points to 4.712%. Yields move in the opposite direction of prices.
