In trading on Thursday, real estate shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 0.7%. Helping drag down the group were shares of reAlpha Tech, down about 18% and shares of Douglas Elliman down about 2.1% on the day.
Also lagging the market Thursday are publishing shares, down on the day by about 0.4% as a group, led down by Cimpress, trading lower by about 2.6% and Lee Enterprises, trading lower by about 2.2%.
