(RTTNews) - Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG), an insurance brokerage company, Thursday announced that it has acquired Krose GmbH & Co KG, a German based commercial insurance and reinsurance company.
The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
In pre-market activity, AJG shares were trading at $219.63, up 0.69% on the New York Stock Exchange.
